Gralab 300 timer pageThe classic enlarger timer. Switch on top controls the buzzer, left is manual/timed enlarger light, and right is master on/off. Two AC sockets on the left side for the safe light (top) and the enlarger (bottom). Numbers glow in the dark. When the timer ends it turns the enlarger lamp off and lights the safelamp. You move the minutes hand by moving it manually. Had the same model in my first darkroom 50 years ago. They never seemed to change.9-14-25: Oops, forgot to finish the page. Shot some pics with the safelight I bought from Amazon very affordably. It's plugged into the safelight socket, which is powered whenever the enlarger socket has timed out. The big hand is seconds, the small hand is minutes, so it can work up to an hour. It came with a small 1 watt bulb, and a larger 5 watt bulb (not shown). The Gralab timer has been almost unchanged for a long time. I see it in old sci-fi films in rocket ships and labs. This one was a gift. I plan on printing some of my favorites this winter.
